August = 5 Energy
As I type my monthly newsletter to you, I find myself quite emotional. I love writing these and today is no different with the exception of it being my mother’s one year anniversary since she passed.
We all will grieve and deal with loss at some point in our lives. It’s a natural progression. I do know deep in my heart that if it wasn’t for the love and support of this beautiful community that I have worked tirelessly to create over the past 7 years it would not have been as manageable and meaningful as it has been, and I truly want to thank you. You will never know how much your messages of support and encouragement meant to me and it only has lit a spark within me to help and support others in their time of need.
With that said, enjoy August: the month of new beginnings and beautiful transitions.
This month you will experience a lot of changes both personally and professionally as you will start to see everything you’ve been working toward come full circle. These changes were meant to give you a sense of freedom and adventure. This month communication is key especially in your personal life as your love life is under the microscope. Change the way you interact in your home by being the leader of the energy you want to see come to life.
You’re being reminded that you create your own reality so if there is something you don’t like it’s time to step up and change it. This might feel uncomfortable but if you don’t move in the direction, you want it will 100% be going in the direction you don’t want. You must take the leap and see this time as a time of exploration to do your life in a new way. Free yourselves from the boring day to day life and put some passion back into your world by exploring new hobbies, foods, shows and anything else that lets you see how life is meant to be lived. It’s time for a transformation but make sure you take care of your physical body as well as your emotions. You will be prone to highs and lows this month so make sure you develop daily habits that ground you and give you some form of structure.
Wishing you a great month ahead and thanking you for being on this journey with me. Make sure to appreciate every moment with those you love and always remember those who have passed become our guiding lights to shine a light on the path we were destined for.
